Beer Butt Chicken




For those of you who don't know my mom (marc) gave us this contraption one trip up here. I looked at it like what is this???? They explained that you put a beer can in the middle, place chicken over it and BBQ for an hour. We did just that tonight here in Seattle where it reached a high of 90. Here you go Wats, beer butt chicken.

Looking good.. Also don't forget you can put veggies in the part below. also forgot to tell you that we cut off the top of the can.

No.. I had to cut the top off the top of a 24 oz. can because mom thought the bigger the better... not to mention they dont sell plain ol' 12oz cans alone at Safeway. Anyways it was an experience and it was a good juicy chicken. How did it turn out? Becky
