Well today I (Marc) got a frantic call around 3pm, I couldn't understand a thing that was said. All I could decipher from Sooz was truck sob sob sob sniff sniff sniff fence sob sob sob sniff sniff sniff craaaaaa. I said I was on my way home and not to worry. I think the pictures tell the story.
Sorry ;-) but let me tell you my story. Before I married Marilyn we bought a brand new 19Charger. three months later putting it in the car port I hit the cement cornor and put a dent a scrape in the side door. Really a bummer so I know exactly how you feel, but that's what insurance is for to take care of those issues. Anyway hope you're having a great Summer vacation and looking forward to coming up in July.
What about when dad backed into the garage door last year because he forgot to open it.. Or when I ripped the rear view mirror off the mini van in high school backing out of the garage and well I'm sure Marc has some stories, I think there is one with his old Bronc but I could be wrong.
How about when I rolled the new Dodge Dart that my father had let me use so I could drive to my student teaching? That one was totalled. There are always worse examples. Just be glad it wasn't more serious. I just can't understand how in the heck you did that?
Yikes. Yeah, how did you manage that Sooz? When I was 16 I was DD for my parents and grandparents during a day of wine tasting...driving the family mini van. I pulled out of one vineyard and right into the side of a giant boulder. We all have driving "moments". :)
Bummer! It is such an awful feeling to run your car into something! I backed up into a car last summer in a parking lot. Totally sucks! And I burst into tears too and called Nelson sobbing. :)
...at least it was your OWN vehicle...Jeff and I rear-ended someone in Karina's sister's vehicle that we were borrowing during their wedding weekend in California. We felt so badly!!!
