Tom Douglas is a well known chef who has numerous restaurants here in Seattle, which include Dalia Lounge, Lola, and Serious Pie. His restaurant Serious Pie specializes in gourmet pizza. Well Tom watch out, my wife is gunning for you and I think she might have beat you. She made a gourmet pizza using whole wheat Boboli pizza crust, artichoke hearts,proscuitto, and sauteed onions. It was WONDERFUL!!! So easy a caveman can do it?!? Sheeeeesh. I'll have you know that not EVERYONE can make Mac and Cheese to perfection... Looks delicious! We may have to have it next time we come over--I learn better by watching. :) I'm a social cooker. LE
